Prague, Czech Republic 2012
March 12, 2013
It hardly seems like it but I am getting so close to being finished editing and posting the remaining photos from Europe! Prague was a really interesting and beautiful city but the language… will never stick with me. Like many Slavic languages, Czech consists of approximately 90% consonants and 10% vowels. Needless to say, I butchered it during the entirety of my stay.
Just a bunch of people congregating next to a beautiful, misty view of Prague.
Botels are kind of a touristy hoax, but I totally buy into those things. The novelty is what’s important, after all. And the photos. Mostly the photos.
My boyfriend looking very broody outside of our botel.
The Bone Church. So crazy. Props to my mom for finding out about this place. It’s about an hour or two outside of Prague.
This monastery was also a brewery, and the beer wasn’t half bad.
Never tried the ice cream because, well, absinth is gross. I can hardly take a quick shot of it (done the right way, mind you), much less lick on an ice cream cone of it. Love the idea though.
Yes, we are suckers for this. No, our feet weren’t any softer afterwards, and no, it didn’t hurt. It mostly tickled.
View from a window of the Dali and Mucha exhibits.
Probably the most interesting/artsy part of this museum was the outside.
This beer stein was about 12 inches tall. We drank about 3 each. Beer food is THE best.
